Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to operate and secure the site. If we add analytics, this policy will describe it.

To respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request, send market reports or listing alerts you have asked for, and keep records of our communication. We do not sell your personal information.

We send marketing emails only to people who opt in. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example hosting, database and email providers), with professionals involved in a transaction you ask us to help with, or when required by law.
