Overview

About Marathon

Marathon, incorporated as a city in 1999, is the hub of the Middle Keys: a full-service community with a hospital, an airport, marinas and shopping, at the eastern end of the Seven Mile Bridge.

Boot Key Harbor is one of the Keys’ best-protected anchorages, and Sombrero Beach is a local favorite.

Typical property: Canal and open-water single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes, including homes in nearby Key Colony Beach, a separate small city.
